Customer Service Coordinator (RMA)

Opportunity to join a busy service department in a large Manufacturing organisation responsible for customer support & scheduling service technicians.

You will play an important role by providing excellent service support to customers and field technicians. As a strong communicator, you’ll feel comfortable responding to a range of service enquiries,  coordinating technicians, scheduling of works and help manage the overall administration of the service department. 

As the Service Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Order Entry and Invoicing using SAP
  • Scheduling Installation jobs with Customers
  • Trade Contractor Management – Keeping track of the schedule and installers
  • Aftersales Customer Service – Answering calls to raise service tickets and authorizing variations or returns
  • Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

To be considered, you will have: 

  • SAP experience is essential – please ensure to list this experience in your application 
  • Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, RMA, Customer Service Support, Technical Sales Administrator or similar
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with a high attention to detail
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Accurate data entry skills 
  • Intermediate or above in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate to a diverse range of customers
  • Driver Licence and own transport

Location: 10km radius of Baulkham Hills 2153
