An additional opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic administrator with strong attention to detail to join our client’s team assisting with the day-to-day handling of customer service enquiries, maintenance services and general administration tasks in a Strata Management setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting strata managers with general administration requests
- Responding to email queries from property owners and property managers
- Issuing work orders, arranging quotes and dealing with trades
- Liaising with Owners Corporations as required
- Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes
- Scanning/ filing/ archiving documents
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 12 months experience in reception, PA or administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Proficient computer literacy including the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly using Excel
- Strong eye for detail
- Ability to work cohesively in a team setting
- Ability to track and follow through tasks from start to finish
- Someone who is driven, shows initiative and has a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills with training
- Driver licence
Desirable
- Previous experience in Strata, Property Management, Real Estate, Legal or Trade Services will set you apart but is not essential
