Administration Assistant

Seeking a part-time Accounts Administration Assistant with a positive and friendly attitude. Position based in South Nowra 4 days per week.

Our client is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their busy team to assist with various office administration tasks. You will be supporting department team members with a variety of administration tasks but primarily focusing on accounts duties like invoicing. 

Key Duties:

  • Taking incoming phone enquiries and responding to emails
  • Invoicing using Xero
  • Other ad hoc accounts administration tasks as required

 

Essential Criteria

  • Recent experience in an Administration position performing invoicing 
  • Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using Xero 
  • Confident and effective in communication in a business environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Accurate typing ability 
  • Ability to collaborate within a team setting and work independently after training
  • Minimum 2 doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccination or relevant exemption 

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Exposure to Manufacturing, Logistics or Warehousing
  • Payroll experience highly regarded

 

Hours of work: 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday

Rate of Pay: $30+ per hour

Location: South Nowra NSW 2541
