Our client is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their busy team to assist with various office administration tasks. You will be supporting department team members with a variety of administration tasks but primarily focusing on accounts duties like invoicing.
Key Duties:
- Taking incoming phone enquiries and responding to emails
- Invoicing using Xero
- Other ad hoc accounts administration tasks as required
Essential Criteria
- Recent experience in an Administration position performing invoicing
- Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Xero
- Confident and effective in communication in a business environment
- High attention to detail
- Accurate typing ability
- Ability to collaborate within a team setting and work independently after training
- Minimum 2 doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccination or relevant exemption
Desirable Criteria
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Logistics or Warehousing
- Payroll experience highly regarded
Hours of work: 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday
Rate of Pay: $30+ per hour
Location: South Nowra NSW 2541
