This is a unique opportunity to work in the Aviation industry, for an established business that offers complete design, engineering and manufacturing solutions to some of the largest airlines in Australia. You will be working with a range of Aviation products that may include aircraft furnishings, composite structures, ground support equipment and inflight equipment. These may be simple repairs using hand tools or more complex fabrication and assembly of engineered parts. 

This position would ideally suit a sheet metal worker or assembler with the ability to read technical drawings. Full product training provided.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist the inhouse Engineers and Tradespeople
  • Interpret CAD/ CAM drawings and execute projects
  • Parts assembly
  • Perform production work such as bending, folding, riveting
  • Complete paperwork and relevant documentation 
  • General workshop duties such as organising work areas and tools


Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a production or workshop setting
  • Confident and experienced with handheld power tools
  • Ability to read, understand and execute technical drawings (CAD/CAM)
  • Ability to measure materials
  • Willingness to carry out tasks as instructed and show initiative
  • Driver licence
  • Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia


Location: Wetherill Park NSW 2164  

Hours of Work: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday -Thursday and 7:00am-1:00pm Friday (38hr/week)
