Our client offers one of the most comprehensive ladder ranges in Australia and New Zealand with decades of experience in design and manufacturing. Products and specialty components are made with structural grade aluminium that is high strength yet lightweight and also anodized for superior corrosion resistance.

As the Internal Sales Representative you will play an integral role as the key point of contact for all inbound enquiries at our client’s Sydney office based in Leumeah.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers and warm leads by phone and email regarding product promotions and retention programs 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Processing and tracking samples, sales returns and consignments
  • Coordinating advertising aids for stockists and trade shows  
  • Enquiring about competitor pricing, particularly for regional customers
  • Researching, recording, and reporting on market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments

Essential Criteria 

  • Previous experience in Internal Sales, Trade Retail or similar 
  • Proficient software and data entry skills (MS Suite)
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confident to liaise with construction and trade clientele (B2B)
  • Driver licence 
  • Currently residing in Australia with unrestricted working rights 

Salary: $70-80k plus superannuation (Open to negotiate based on experience)

Location: Leumeah NSW 2560

Hours of work: 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday (Some flexibility available)
