Jason has qualifications in the Aviation, Manufacturing and Construction industry with over thirteen years’ experience in Leadership, Sales and Account Management. Throughout his career, Jason has led multiple teams in the recruitment industry for both profit and non-profit organisations.

Lucy is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science with a Minor in Human Resource Management. Alongside her academic pursuits, Lucy has valuable hands-on experience in leading teams through previous roles within the Hospitality sector. Lucy loves working with people and  finds joy in connecting people to roles they enjoy.
